Current Managed Production Region

PlanetGraph's managed production API and primary Cloud SQL database currently run on Google Cloud in the United States, using the us-central1 region. The production Neo4j projection infrastructure is also configured for us-central1.

Backups and Operational Data

Cloud SQL backups are enabled for production. Backup, logging, monitoring, authentication, and security services may be handled by Google-managed infrastructure and other subprocessors as described on the Subprocessors page.

Enterprise Residency Requirements

Dedicated regional deployment, stricter residency commitments, and customer-specific data location terms are available only by enterprise agreement. Contact legal@planetgraph.ai to discuss residency requirements.

Data Transfers

When personal data is transferred across jurisdictions, PlanetGraph uses appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards, including DPA terms where applicable.
